Obscenity is based on community standards... BUT maybe its me .. but the person who should be in jail is the actual DISTRIBUTOR of the content that was deemed obscene .. and it should have nothing to do with Max.. unless a legal release of liability was signed between Max and Jaded releasing Jaded of all legal distribution liability .. regarding the actual content .. it used to be common practice to IP block certain states that had laws regarding obscene material .. some states even have issues with interracial ..hell even vibrators are illegal in some states ..
In my opinion .. Jaded should be the one on their way to crowbar hotel .. Max albeit not loved by all and yes a little twisted is someone filling a market that their is a demand for .. meaning the market he is selling to falls within a demographic which via the internet should be considered to fall under a community within it's self ... therefore falling within their own community standards ruling on their on obscene materials .. ..
just my rant .. and oh ya .. fuck AlienQ you sure hate Max huh .. lol take a breath .. i can see the veins pounding in your temples from here....
