I don't know the deal between you and Smut but I will venture to say that your handling of this situation (on a public forum no less) has been appalling to watch and reflects badly on the very people you are meant to represent. It is not meant to ridicule your lack of people skills nor is it meant to point out your obvious ineptness; I think you've done that pretty much brilliantly on your own. This post is simply meant to give you and the people you represent the perspective of how this is being seen by the majority of your potential clients.
