You know whats funny, if Palin had done that little almost crying thing that Biden did, it would have been all over every newspaper and every news program for days as the #1 story, though since it was Biden not a mention anywhere. I think the media has worked out that people tend to flock to the news programs/publications that give them the news they want to hear. The two seconds that Biden choked up recalling his wife and first child's tragic death, his two sons being in critical condition unsure if they were going to survive, and life as a single father, wasn't a ploy for sympathy. I doubt it would play well for the media to rag on the guy for the 'crying thing'. That was the only genuine moment in the entire debate. Palin gets a free ride on the whole hockey mom antics which is something that is more or less a national embarrasment. She's vying for the second highest office in the country.
