I'm no fan of Max. I think he's found a way to legally rape women much like prostitution is illegal but if I call up a girl and pay her to star in my movie it isn't considered prostitution.
Yes we sell fantasy but think about his scenes and the wording of the scripts. Incest, rape, violence against the women..
You'd have to be a complete moron to not see what niche he's catering to and he sure does enjoy the work. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck - well, it might be a swan but don't bitch when it gets shot during duck season..
I don't worry about "big brother" raiding my business because I give them no reason to. Max went around quacking and his ass got shot.
Pepsi and Coke are 2 huge dominating company's in the software industry. The could utterly destroy RC Cola but RC has been around since I was a kid and they do it by not pissing off Coke or Pepsi by doing something stupid - well folks, we're RC Cola.
One one side we have the government and on the other the Religious Right and if you don't want your head to be included in one big "whack-a-mole" don't go sticking it out like Max did.
