If a girl is genuinely crying and is in obvious distress, the technicality of money having changed hands doesn't make it any less forced. If, while Max is throatfucking her so she can't breath, she begs him to stop and he doesn't, that's rape. Payment doesn't make the issue of coercion any less real in the moment... It just means the girl is getting paid to get raped, rather than getting raped and no money changing hands.
