Well actually its like Paying someone to hurt themselves in some manor and putting it on video for the sake of free speech... This goes beyond Jack Ass type video.
And Actually many of the girls were not fully disclosed as to the exact nature of what was going to happen to them. Sure in some cases girls were told it can be violent or rough but those two words do not exactly give justice to what happened to some of these models.
However none of what we are talking has anything to do with why Max is Locked up. Max was locked up for distribution of these materials to places where they are prohibited. This discussion does not address that and we assume it's the violent nature of his videos. Reality is... Where he was selling the video's was the problem.
