You want my honest opinion -- check out Chinese medicine... 1000's of years of wisdom at your disposal... Your fear may be the result of a weak kidney... Are you on the pill? It could very well be the pill draining your kidney energy... I'm not making this up -- I read this from a doctor... Stop taking the pill -- then see if you have less fear.
PS: I don't eat microwaved food either -- I read a study that showed that microwaved food resulted in irregularities in blood cholesterol... there has been gag orders on this info, and nobody has ever done tests on people eating microwaved food -- I'd rather not risk it, besides food not microwaved tastes better...
