As for SOIA, AF, and Bad Brains (err I mean Soul Brains), are all on major labels now and have to tour with others on their label. Long gone are the days of SOIA playing small shows with just local hardcore talent, the way it should be.

Hardcore is alive and well. Bands like the Promise, Sworn Enemy, No Warning, Redline, Everybody Gets Hurt, Embrace Today, Terror, I could make this list go on forever... but, none of the above mentioned bands (soia, af, etc) hardly ever tour with hardcore bands. They have abandoned hardcore for the almighty buck. I lost respect for most of them. AF wasnt supposed to be a huge draw, they were never meant to appeal to the masses. The only reason they do now is because they have allowed themselves to be whored out to the masses. Agnostic Front died after Liberty, they should change their name. They are an Oi band now, and not even a very good one.
It's funny, if you hang out with the singer from Blood For Blood he's really laid back and easygoing. Wouldn't know from the music. The singer from redline was a substitute teacher at my high school. I had no idea they were that popular, kids used to book them for shows around here all the time.

Agnostic Front still kicks ass. I see those guys whenever I can
