how do you know that its not set up like the real bangbus where they have the performers already tested before they even think about shooting the scene and its staged for shock factor? if thats what it is, im sure theres worse stuff out there.
but if they are using a hiv positive guy or even picking up real girls and fucking bareback everyone involved is crazy.
