nm found one
convert ISIN to symbol with http://www.euronext.com/landing/prod...p-1689-EN.html

then hit yahoo csv download with
http://download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s={SYMBOL}&f=sl1d1t1c1ohgv&e=.csv

I'm guessing that "f" varibale indicates it's for web access, so I doubt I can hammer it too often for real-time data within getting the IP blocked, but it's a start.
