my frenchbulldog had the exact same problem..bump on his head, swollen face + eyes.
Anyway before i got to the vet he told me to give half a dose of benadryl and it did infact make the swelling go down but made him a little sleepy. It was when my dog took Zeniquin that he had the same symptoms as yours.
loss of appetite
lathargy
couldnt hold his urine down
after that i went to a 24 hour animal hospital and the monitored him over night. They also told me that benadryl is relatively safe for dogs and is actually recommended for you to carry it around just in case your dog gets a serious allergic reaction. Sure enough over night my dog started to slowly get back to normal.
