Its all surface rust from what I can see. Have them bead blast it and undercoat. You'll never have an issue from what I can see. Drive it 2 years and trade it in. Really really not worth the stress and effort to pursue it more than that. Next time take a creeper with you and slide on under and look around. Even with a new vehicle.
