Damn thats alot of bad habits.
I used to smoke for only 1 year, stopped instantly
used to drink everyday.. and now only every other weekend.
only tried weed and hash.. defiantly not my thing.
energy drinks everyday.. stop that shit.
had bad eating habits - it has improved
coffee <-- funny thing is.. I used to have anxiety attacks when I drink coffee years ago.. and now I have 1-3 a day.
working and sex gotta be my worst ones.. thanks to my girlfriend.. she controls them ones.
Edit: bitting my nails, one habit I can't stop and wish I could.. been doing as long as I can remember
