I did some research and found that Zombaio is the front for the Swedish firm Samport Payment Services AB.
Samport is a solid company in Sweden, 20 employees, annual turnover 10,6 million sek (1.2m euro) last year. So Zombaio is registered in the US, banking made in Cyrus and operated from Sweden.
All thoose offices on their homepage are probably unmanned and forwarded to Sweden.
