Hi iroc,
A few other people had mentioned that and I tried to fix it but I don't know how. I think it may have something to do with the script I'm using that loads the index page (In My Case The welcome.html Page) rather then just an html file should someone come from a search engine.
For example - if you click on
http://www.adultxplus.com/links.html you'll be directed to the whole site and not just the link page. Very useful when using frames.
But yea, I have to agree with you that frames are not very popular and working with them isn't easy if you don't know what your doing. Like in this case!
