I opened an account there and after about six months of everything being fine I get a letter from them saying that they have good information that makes them believe a check I had deposited would bounce so to wait on spending the money until they were sure it would go through. I look up the check and it is from a rock solid sponsor I had used for a long time. I go down to the bank to ask what is up (I'm thinking maybe they know something I don't). The manger pulls me aside and tells me that since the check is from an "adult" based business there is a good chance that it will bounce. I tell him almost all the checks I bring in are from "adult" based businesses and have never had once bounce. Then he just looks at me and says, "oh, I didn't know that. We might have reconsidered your account had I known that." The next day I went in and closed it out. The funny thing was I had a pretty nice balance in savings at the time because i had to pay taxes and some other stuff so suddenly he seemed interested in "trying to work things out."
