I think our sales people are fairly well educated on the business, but remember, we are always hiring and training new people as we grow, so some are going to be a lot more educated than others.
Having said that....there is ALWAYS room for improvement so I'm not trying to slap ourselves on the back....just saying that our track record is pretty damn good overall ;)

I worked sales for fifteen years(boy am I an old fuck), I know a thing or two about sales. Both companies sales people didnt make me feeling comfortable trusting them with my wallet and therefore I didnt use them.
