Yes they do have every girl sign regardless....
But if the girl doesn't want a tshirt she doesn't have to sign.... no release = no tshirt
They only do this because they want to be able to use any girl they want to for advertising purposes.... ( which by the way is only for advertising purposes on traditional mediums... ie... tv commercials and the like)
Web advertising has yet to be challenged in the courts .... as far as public nudity images is concerned.
