Hello :D
1] I don't normally shoot people often, if I do, they're placed for perspective, or, as you pointed out, blocking light sources. Quite often the figure will indeed be me, or will be a friend that I happen to be exploring with.
2] I've not explored any theme parks in the US, but I'd be interested to know of any that you could recommend ;) The major theme park I've done is Gulliver's in Japan [now gone], and Pleasure Beach in the UK [still very active]
3] Always for the fun of it
4] I've not published anything.. I've chatted with some friends about releasing something, as we're beginning to amass enough content to make something that's decent, not pretentious. There's no timeline on this - every time I ever explore something new, it's normally better than previous times - so it's hard to determine the line of when to produce something.
4a] Sure, why not :D
Thanks for the compliments though. I feel kind of dazzled.
Stuart: Shooting is only part of what I do - they're just the memories and sketches of the places I've been to, and the things I've seen. Photography is also probably the only hobby that relaxes me, without pressure of deadlines, quotas, quality or production - and I'd hate to lose that - hence the reason why I only shoot for enjoyment.
I'm not so sure there's a massive market for urbex style photos - and there are def. people out there who shoot this niche better than I do.
Besides, I enjoy coding, and GFY is fun ;)
