i did it the nerdy way.
get the chip out and use an eraser and erase the cart heads. its a layer of black film that bulds up on the chip and since its slanted downward you cant really see the stuff.
When you pop the chip out you can clearly see where to 'erase' comes right off and plays like new.
theres a secret of the day for you.
this only worked on some games until they started using the star bolts. or if dad had cool tools ;)
