When is kissing and boob fondling deviate sexual activity?
PS not to be splitting hair but lets go down the list anyways.
Both same age and lets presume 18. So they may only be a little bit in age difference.
1. ancestor or descendant - nope
2. stepchild or adopted child - nope
3. step grandchild or adopted grandchild - nope
b. refers to 1-3 so does not matter if legitimate or not.
c. 1-3 would be a class c felony in that age range but again 1-3 does not seem to cover it.
