It isn't that it's completely impossible, but certainly at the moment in the US it is impossible. The only way to do it is to raise taxes, that is the truth, and no one wants to say that. Perhaps that should happen down the line, and perhaps they should socialize medicine like the rest of the Western world, but to stand up like Obama and simultaneously claim you are going to CUT taxes AND push for socialized medicine along with a million other things is just crazy. And him selling that lie to the American people shows he is no better than Bush or anyone else, they are from the same ilk. Bush spent like crazy, money they didn't have mind you to appease people and get his second term, with total disregard for the long-term interest of America, and Obama is promising the same.
