better yet, take that mortgage payment and lease a ferrari instead. 6-12 months RENT FREE and then a no cost, government subsidized, "re-fi" with a LOWER interest rate and LOWER payment? AND i get to drive a ferrari threw the drive thru? im fucking sold! where do i sign?
