If you want call Flynt Digital ask for Mike Youtan he is the Content Manager for all of the sites and ask him who does all of the video encoding for them.
IF you are not satisfied call Holio and ask them who does a large portion of the video encoding for them
Call Ron Levy and ask him who encoded the video for the Fantasyman video project listed first in the members area for Cybererotica
