Well, you are correct.... there is nothing wrong with telling someone that your pay scale is between say $50 and $150 per hour depending on what is being shot. I would tell any model sight-unseen that she will have to meet with me first for me to know what exact pay rate she qualifies for, if she qualifies at all.
There has to be a process. Making too many exceptions for individuals just screws you up in the long run.
