I don't give a flying fuck about all these "experts". I just know that Russian economics and stock exchange are absolutely different "worlds". Russia makes its wealth on oil, gas, wood, metals etc. You don't have to be a genius to understand that there is no relation between Russian budget which is positive BTW, and young and unstable stock exchange.
