The way prosecutors are nowadays and how the cops set up stings, why go out on a limb? It's going to be election year again soon and the way courts drag these things out, it would be just prior to the elections before it got serious in a court. Pandering alone is about one step above being a ped. Stick with the law when someone acts hinky.
