I also keep a small kit in my vehicles, just that kit also includes a recording device as well as a camera. You know in case of traffic accidents.
Not sure about fatalist though. Checked the definitions and I could only find this.

I see nothing as predetermined, hell I do not even go for karma. Nor do I think for a certainty that any event or disaster will strike. I am actually hoping I never need to use them. I just been the type who does like to prepare and well as a kid when we lived way the hell out in nowhere, way the hell up in the forest. We got snowed in at one point and power went out for 3 weeks. Zero running water, no electricity, nadda. Things went from cozy to hell real fast
