Tell her at the very least they (BF and her) will have to meet you for a coffee or pop so that you can see her ID **Before** you can give her ANY idea of a quote... simply due to the fact that if you DO quote her a price and she turns out to be underage, that you could be arrested for attempted pandering... or worse. Explain the complexities of the legal side of this business.
So no meet and greet no deal. Let her pick out the meeting spot. It should make her feel more at ease.
