After a looooooooooooong day I wanted to watch Heroes on my DVR once the Ep starts getting good my box freezes and I have to unplug it for a bit and plug it back in. Now it won't come out of standby mode! I call their 1-800 # to see if there's any problems in my area and after 10 mins of pressing buttons I get "We are experiencing technical difficulties please call back later good bye." If I lost everything on my DVR I'm going to AT&T! If it isn't my net being down it's the cable FUCK YOU CUMCAST!
