I have join sites under the same circumstances in the past, and have asked for credit back, they provide absolutely ZERO customer support to me, basically told me to go fuck my self. Gave me some bullshit lieabout them not being able to give refunds, only the website owner can do so. Funny, Epoch gives refunds for people all the time, with no problems.

I wouldn't want this sort of shitty customer service for my members, so I don't use CCBill, and probably never will.

Also, this is about the 3rd thread about this guy using stolen content, yet, CCbill still knowingly processes for them, therefore supporting content theft.
