Yes, the 'Last 7' column is showing the percentage change in Alexa ranking over the past week.
You can set the Alexa filter to only show sites with an overall Alexa ranking of 50,000 or less, if you'd like to see the major players in a niche.
Overall, according to Alexa it looks like Facial Abuse is the 6th most popular 'facial' site, and the 6th hottest this week. It seems all the major facial sites were down by a fair percentage this week.
