Russians have not done this since the Cold War. Not very normal.
I'm not worried, but I see it as something that is going to cause a problem somewhere. Remember the Cuban missile crisis? That almost got really ugly.
I just see it as an old enemy being too close for US comfort and the US fucking things up somehow. I'm not worried about the Russians.
