Actually, my lease comes up in a month or two. I am not sure if I am staying or not. Otherwise, trying to negotiate a new apartment out of it might be a good idea
I have a friend who lives on the floor above me and he thinks it's his neighbor with a bunch of little kids. I just don't want to go up there cussing and spitting only to find out I blamed the wrong person. I'm not bashful, but I like to be right when I'm yelling at someone
