Learn a little history
before you expose your ignorance. Washington is a cess pool and they need the two party system to continue the us against them mentality... if they didn't have it then the American public would say, "Hey, these people suck".

Good, I am happy to learn that hey will obey the subpoenas , will comply to the warrants and will not invoke " Executive " privilege...

I obviously was wrong, since these good GOP politicians always collaborate with justice, if not even going ahead of it to be transparent :

Judge orders Cheney to preserve records
Private group is suing vice president, Bush's office to keep materials open

WASHINGTON - A federal judge Saturday ordered Dick Cheney to preserve a wide range of the records from his time as vice president.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly is a setback for the Bush administration in its effort to promote a narrow definition of materials that must be safeguarded under the Presidential Records Act.

The Bush administration's legal position "heightens the court's concern" that some records may not be preserved, said the judge.

The lawsuit stems from Cheney's position that his office is not part of the executive branch of government.
