I wanted to fight a parking ticket once in Los Angeles... (i was ticketed for parking in an area between a certain time 6am - noon" my ticket was time stamped 12:30 - meaning I should not have gotten a ticket, it was AFTER the time...

nonetheless, in LA you pay your ticket FIRST - then you go to court, I paid it and went on with my life...
