you could have before pleading not guilty. Not sure now. I think you have to go or you could get a warrant put out for you for not appearing. Im not sure if the tint and plate issues will be sufficent for a non appear, but its possible. they get uppity if you waste their time. Dosnt matter about YOUR time.
