There is obviously a big difference between Penthouse and Playboy and for those who have been around long enough will remember when Discover decided to drop adult companies, in favor of only processing for companies who are "family friendly", and you know what one adult company got to keep Discover? Playboy.

So no owner of Penthouse could ever be the next Hugh Hefner. They are two very different markets.
