ummm weed is already being taxed in california, and Arnold The Terminator and others are now reaping the benfits from a progressive stance on Cannabis.
Weed was decriminalyzed in 1976 in Cali, the year I was born.
and growers are even paying taxes on what they grow and sell to dispensaries etc... BIG MONEY
