For a good cause (and not just because I like handcuffs!!).

I'm participating in a Fundraiser to benifit the Muscular Dystrophy Association and "Jerry's Kids". MDA helps a lot of people by providing free medical help, purchasing and repairing wheelchairs and braces, funding support groups, and sponsoring a children's summer camp! The Association also funds research grants to help find the causes and cures of over 40 neuromuscular diseases that affect people of all ages.
When a person is afflicted with M.D. certain muscles slowly become weaker, with an increase in mobility limitations until sometimes they are left without the use of some muscles at all. I personally have a few friends with this condition.

With so many Webmasters here concerned with and speaking out for the well being of children, this is an active way to better the life of some kids that were delt a difficult hand in life ~ and donations are tax-deductible!!

This is a great cause, every dollar counts (but we'll start at $25 for a flu shot) ~ and I know some big players would love to show their support and know they sponsored some kids to go to MDA Summer Camp (15 can go for a donation of $7,900!)

Post here, email me (kat at adult dot com) ~ let me know how you'd like to help. I'll work with you on getting your support to where it's needed.
There's also a challenge out there to anyone who would like to match the donations made by Webmasters (dollar for dollar for example).

This is a real opportunity for a lot of people on a lot of different levels, take it to your's and show your support of these great Associations and all the good they do every community in this Country and beyond.
