True on both accounts. Though Google has been taking on partners left and right, it isn't very hard to get accepted now days with even a tiny following and content of you talking about bullshit issues on a webcam. But on the revenue you may be right. His teenie bopper traffic may be hard to monetize just as myspace has trouble really monetizing their own teenie bopper rubbish.
