the trick is knowing where and what does and doesnt flood.
Insurance companies wont write "new policies" here, so you need to know what you are doing and you can easily walk away with a nice profit. But if your home ever got water,... good luck...
We live in Jefferson Parish, and as of right now it is the wealthiest parish in the state and the population is booming, new military bases etc... lots of new families moving in.
My plan was to move here, spend some much overdue time with family and then slip on out of here and wait for those cali prices to drop a little then buy there.
All is going very much to plan as of now...
