The thing about andrew was not so much the speed of the winds or what not., It was the fact that they covered up the deaths of the immigrant workers. Those people lives in tin shacks and they were blown away. Those people refused to go to a shelter for fear of being deported.

As for the winds. 28 police cars that were blow away, and never found. 1 was found on the beach in the gulf. It was blown from Florida City PD parking lot. Look on a may and check out the distance. Tell me than that 170 mph winds did that.
