Maybe in the TGP realm, but in other markets of adult it's not. Nextri and Malla of the CamelMedia.net group released a online submit program called plugsubmitter.com that is doing VERY well...

It can pretty much submit to anything that has a submit form. All it does is fills out the form via controling IE
