It was late, I was playing $25 blackjack and a couple of drunk loudmouths (non industry folks) came and sat the table. I got 8's and decided to split them against the dealer's 10. My luck was not going too good so I decided what the heck and the book says to split 8's anyways. I ended up winning one and losing one. Turns out I took a 10 which would have busted the dealer. The 2 guys lost their hands and just started going off on me and being really obnoxious towards me and the dealer.

A few hands later I get 10's and one of them mouths off and says 'why don't you split those too'. So I broke the cardinal rule of blackjack, i ended up splitting 10's every time i got a 20 to piss them off. I ended up winning like 8 out of 10 splits cuz of the re-splits and they eventually left after losing a few hands lol..

Not too crazy..but definitely gratifying
