Epassporte seems pretty useless except for webmasters paying each other.
What good is it for a surfer if you have to fund it with a credit card anyway?
There have been so many of these types of cards in the past that have failed. The public will never go for it. They pay by major credit card, check, cash, or phone billing as a last resort.
Don't believe the hype. I give it a year before it dyes off.
