The service is open to the public, so anyone who thinks they can put it to good use is more than welcome to utilize it. If not, that's ok too.
I'll look into that this morning and see if it'll blend into the setup with no issues (I doubt there'll be any). One thing to point out that another webmaster using WAQN told me is that Blogs Organizer has issues when connecting to xmlrpc with listing the blogs (hence rendering it unusable). I've already contacted the script author as of yesterday morning and he's going to work with me to figure out the cause of the problem.
On another note, managing hardlinks should be easy in the near future as I'm working on a custom mod for webmasters to take advantage of in their admin area.
