Haha, I should wear a 50 lb suit all day, and then when I take it off at night I'll be able to leap 20 feet into the air.

I've actually looked into this option and I don't want to the ankle weights because it looks as though it can produce undue stress on my knees, which are already in bad shape. Might try the wrist weights though, not a bad idea.
