Though if you go to the store and get yourself 2 pair of those 5 pound ankle weights and strap one pair to your ankles and one to your wrists, then proceed to wear them daily while you are awake. Only can take them off to sleep or shower. Your ass will loose weight, I promise. Well unless of course you increase your caloric intake.
PS when you do take them off, be careful. You may bust yourself in the nose or something when you go to move your arm.
