I've started to read up on kettlebell training as it looks to be an ideal solution for my particular living situation. I don't want to buy a bunch of weights, and it's quite difficult to get to the gym. It seems like having one or two kettlebells would be optimal in terms of storage space (and price), and if I move again then I can take them with me without much difficulty.
I'm curious if anyone here has had first-hand experiences with kettlebell training. Just another fad? Good way to work out? Give up and be a fatty for the rest of your life? Thanks!
